All warmers are individually hand made and therefore may have slight uneven surfaces or minor ripples as well as variations in height, weight and colour texture. None of this will affect the performance of the warmer and this is normal in the production of individually made ceramic products.
We do not recommend using this warmer for any longer than 3 hours at a time.

Warmer Safety Information
Place 1-2 melts in the well (depending on the size of the melts).
Use a 4 hour unscented tea-light. The handmade nature of this warmer dictates that you should not warm melts for longer than 3 hours at a time. Larger tea-lights or longer warming durations may cause your warmer to crack or become a fire hazard due to high temperatures.
Place your wax warmer on a stable and heat resistant surface and away from draughts or flammable objects. Never move a wax warmer in use until the wax has fully cooled.
Keep hot and cold wax out of reach of children and pets. Always read the label. Some melts may be harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects.
Never leave a burning tea-light or electric warmer unattended. Always extinguish candle flames using a wick dipper or candle snuffer. Do not blow on hot wax.

Our clamshells contain approximately 80g of scented melting soy. We only use the highest quality pure soy in our melts. All of our fragrances, waxes and decorative additives are vegan and cruelty free. Every glitter used in our products is entirely plant derived and 100% biodegradable. Each of our melts are hand-poured by us in Kent. Our wax products and fragrances are not made by, endorsed by or in any way connected with any other brands.
Our melts may vary slightly in colour and pattern due to their handmade nature. Our products do look and smell wonderful but they are not safe for human consumption. Please take the utmost care to keep out of the reach of children and pets. Our melts should only be candle warmed using a 4 hour tea-light for safety. Whether using a candle or an electric warmer, warming wax should never be left unattended. Some fragrances may be harmful to aquatic life.
