Refund policy

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours at stayintouch@nightandprism.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address damages on a case-by-case basis but will do our utmost to work towards a satisfactory solution.

NIGHT & PRISM reserve the right to refund your order if we are unable to meet our turnaround times for your items or we are experiencing delays with suppliers or couriers that are outside of our control.

NIGHT & PRISM reserve the right to make future regular reviews and amendments to our shipping methods, terms, prices and returns and exchanges policies in the best interests of our consumer.
