Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days of receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends, UK holidays, and publicised personal vacation times). You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
NIGHT & PRISM reserve the right to refund your order if we are unable to meet our turnaround times for your items or we are experiencing delays with suppliers or couriers that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping:
We offer flat rate shipping to the UK with Royal Mail Tracked 48 at either £3.35 or £5.95 depending on the size or amount of items purchased at checkout. For items larger than a Royal Mail medium parcel (2KG) this will be calculated accordingly. We reserve the right to use alternative courier services in order to best meet your delivery requirements. NIGHT & PRISM reserve the right to make future regular reviews and amendments to our shipping methods, terms and prices in the best interests of our consumer.
Tracking
NIGHT & PRISM ship all orders via Tracked Royal Mail services as standard. Please ensure to provide the correct contact email address and mobile phone number at checkout in order to receive direct and up-to-date tracking information from Royal Mail regarding your NIGHT & PRISM order. If you are experiencing a delay in your delivery please contact us via email at stayintouch@nightandprism.co.uk including your order number, and we will be happy to assist you to locate your order. The safe and timely arrival of your items is very important to us and we would be happy to assist you in your shipping and tracking concerns.
Premium Delivery Options
For premium delivery options are available at NIGHT & PRISM. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available at checkout as an optional upgrade. this will be calculated on an individual basis. If you would like your delivery to be dispatched Royal Mail Guaranteed Special Delivery please contact NIGHT & PRISM via email at stayintouch@nightandprism.co.uk in advance of placing your order. This enables NIGHT & PRISM to personally assist you and to process your order specifically for your needs.
Local Delivery / Collection
NIGHT & PRISM can be contacted through via email at stayintouch@nightandprism.co.uk to place a request for local collection. This can be authorised at the discretion and availability of NIGHT & PRISM.
International Shipping
At the time of writing NIGHT & PRISM do not offer international shipping options or shipping outside of The UK. NIGHT & PRISM reserve the right to make amendments to our service and shipping in order to offer expanded delivery in the future at our own discretion.
How do I check the status of my order?
When you have placed your order you will receive an email notification confirming your order. Our processing time for your order is between 2 - 7 business days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when we have shipped your order.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via email at stayintouch@nightandprism.co.uk. Please include your full name and order number, and we will assist you with the matter as a priority.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours at stayintouch@nightandprism.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address damages on a case-by-case basis but will do our utmost to work towards a satisfactory solution.
