✨🕯️Meet the Makers Behind NIGHT & PRISM: A Story of Friendship & Passion🕯️✨

Welcome to NIGHT & PRISM, where every scent tells a story & every product is crafted with love & care. For those of you that are new, we want to introduce you to the heart & soul behind our home fragrance business: Merri & Kievah.
Our journey together began back in 2009 when we first met at university. Fast forward to today, & we're still the best of friends, navigating life's ups & downs together. Merri is a devoted foster mum to her son, whom she's been fostering for six wonderful years. Kievah is a proud single mother to her 4-year-old daughter, Amiyah.
The spark for NIGHT & PRISM was lit during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the midst of lockdowns & uncertainties, Merri & I (Kievah) formed a support bubble. Those were challenging times for many, & I was grappling with the emotional toll of single motherhood. I yearned for something that I could call my own, a new focus that could bring joy & purpose to my life.
During one of our catch-ups, I shared my dream of starting a business, something to love & nurture. Merri, always the supportive friend, echoed my enthusiasm & mentioned her own passion for home fragrances & candles. It was in that moment that the idea for NIGHT & PRISM was born.
Choosing the name was a heartfelt decision. "Night" represents Amiyah, as her name translates to "night" in several languages. "Prism" symbolizes Merri's foster son, who has a special love for rainbows. Our children are the inspiration behind our venture, the driving force that fuels our creativity and dedication.
NIGHT & PRISM is more than just a business; it's a testament to friendship, resilience, & the love we have for our families. We pour our hearts into every product, hoping to bring a touch of warmth & serenity into your homes.
Thank you for joining us on this journey. We can't wait to share our rebrand journey with you & we hope you'll be just as excited as we are.
With love,
Merri and Kievah
